Dr Rajendra Trivedi, M.Ch

Neurosurgeon, President of the Trust

Dr. Trivedi is one of the most eminent and renowned neurosurgeons in the state of Gujarat today and has more than two decades of experience in the field of neuro surgery.

Educational Qualifications: M.B.B.S. M.Ch. (Neuro Surgery)

Dr. Trivedi has more than two decades of experience in the field of Neuro Surgery. He has performed over 4,500 brain, spine and other Neuro vascular surgeries during his career.
Dr. Trivedi is presently working as the Assistant Professor in Neuro surgery department of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Government Medical College and Hospital, Rajkot and attached with several healthcare institutes in the similar capacity.

He has also worked as staff consultant neurosurgeon at P.D.Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Mumbai for 3 years. Has received special training in stereo tactic and neuromicro vascular surgery at London and New Castle Upon Tyne (U.K.)

A keen researcher, Dr. Trivedi has carried out research on “csf enzymes” in various neurological disorders. He has attended many national and international conferences. His papers on “experiences in ICP monitoring in neurosurgical patients” and “subarachnoid hemorrhage” have been widely appreciated.

He was president of Association of Surgeons of Rajkot in 2000-01. He was also president of Indian Medical Association Rajkot in 2003-04. in his social activities, he was a merciful master of Masonic Kathiawar Lodge, Rajkot in 2004. His motto in life is, ” to reach those people who cannot reach him”.

Dr Bhaumik Bhayani, M.S., M.Ch

Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, Vice President of the Trust

Dr. Bhayani is a well-known plastic and reconstructive surgeon with M.S. and M.Ch (Plastic surgery) qualifications to his credit after M.B., B.S. He is one of the most leading and pioneer plastic surgeons of Saurashtra and considered to be an authority on the subject today with around 22 years’ widespread experience in the field. He is associated with several hospitals as an honorary plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

He was an honorary plastic surgeon at government hospital Rajkot. At present, he is running his own plastic and reconstructive surgical hospital with his attachment with Virani and H J Doshi hospital, Rajkot.

Mr Bharat Gangdev

Businessperson, Secretary of Trust

Shri Bharat Gangdev is a very successful businessman, reputed builder and well-known personality of Rajkot. He has been in the marble business since more than 30 years. He is also a president of Marble association of Saurashtra and Kutch.

Dr Sushil Karia, M.S., FRCS

Urosurgeon and Andrologist, Trustee - Board Member

Dr Sushil Karia is a leading and senior most Urologist of Saurashtra and Kutch. After passing his M.S in General Surgery,he achieved his FRCS and super specialty Urology Qualifications in U.K.

Dr Karia is associated with C U Shah Medical College Surendranagar as a visiting professor, Hon Urologist at Shri B T Savani Kidney Hospital Rajkot. He is also associated with Adani Medical College Bhuj-Kutch as Head of the Surgical Department and Urologist.

Dr.Karia has more than 35 years of experience in the super specialty field and today he is considered an authority on the subject. There is hardly any part of Saurashtra and Kutch plus anyone in Gujarat’s medical fraternity who is not aware of his name and expertise. He has been the president of Surgeons’ Association of India for Rajkot and Gujarat state branch. He had also been the president of Indian Medical Association Rajkot. Dr. Karia is also a well-known Andrologist and has been providing his services as a visiting consultant to citizens of London and surrounding places since more than two decades.

Dr Karia has written several medical publications and public health educational books. These books have been found to be very useful and very well appreciated from every area of medical fraternity and patients/people as well. Dr Karia is project chairman for Shivanand Mission General & Multispecialty Charitable hospital. He has organized several super specialty medical conferences and medical educational programs at local, regional and national level.
